If it starts with “hypno” we are probably engaged in bringing it to you (e.g., hypnosis, hypnotism, hypnotize, hypnotherapy, hypnotherapist, hypnoanalysis, hypnotic and HypnoBirthing). We provide hypnotherapy for most issues for which hypnotic treatments are appropriate. Some examples include, hypnotherapy for weight loss, stop smoking, relaxation, stress management and many medical issues that have a psychogenic or stress component (i.e., sexual issues, premature ejaculation, obsessive compulsive disorders, sleep problems such as insomnia, pain management, etc.). Some of the useful tools of the hypnotherapist include, deep relaxation, guided imagery, guided meditation, visualization, trance, age regression, hypnotic inductions (instant, rapid, progressive relaxation, etc.). We also provide training in hypnotherapy and classes in hypnosis and self-hypnosis.
We Do EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Talked About On National Television On Regis and Kelly, among other places, the nation is learning about EFT, TFT, BSFF and other similar rapid hypnotherapeutic therapies. This astounding procedure which uses waking hypnosis techniques, does not require deep hypnosis to work. It is useful for reducing almost any kind of emotion. Among it uses are: excessive fears, anxieties, sadness, cravings, trauma and more.
Quit Smoking. We have helped our clients quit smoking, no matter how long they had the smoking habit. We require that our clients have two stop smoking sessions. Usually each session is scheduled about 3 to 5 days apart.
Weight Loss. Working with weight loss is one of our most popular services. Many hypnotists make the mistake of treating the weight loss client like a stop smoking client. This is why many weight loss plans using hypnotism only may fail to bring anything but temporary success. The difference between these two issues is that you can quit smoking, but you can’t quit eating.
Medical Use and Working With Your Doctor. All of our therapists are Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and regularly work with psychological issues, medical issues and the normal every day problems of normal every day people. All of our therapists have degrees in either a medical field, psychology or a related discipline. We regularly receive referrals from doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists and other professionals for hypnotism.

In addition to using hypnosis to help our clients break habits, we also provide hypnosis for improving sports performance and job performance. In the area of work and career improvement, we commonly help our clients improve in confidence, concentration, memory, motivation, and public speaking.
Stress Management and Self-Hypnosis. Stress management and learning to be more relaxed are two areas for which hypnosis and especially self-hypnosis are well known. In addition to doing private sessions for controlling anxiety, reducing stress, etc., we have classes in self-hypnosis. Self-hypnosis using visualization and imagery techniques is also valuable in pain management, reducing high blood pressure, lowering stress and anxiety, just to name a few.
